What's inside

Everything a dugout actually needs

Six tools built around how a season really runs — every team gets its own name, colors, and logo, not a one-size-fits-all dashboard.

A roster that travels with you

Positions, bats/throws, grad year, stats, photo, and bio for every player — searchable from your phone in the parking lot.

Team-branded lineup cards, printed in minutes

Build your batting order and bench right from your phone or laptop, then print or publish a clean, team-branded lineup card — no laptop, printer setup, or extra software required.

Practice plans without the scavenger hunt

Pick drills by category, set your times, publish it — players get a formatted plan instead of a wall of text.

A schedule everyone can actually check

Games, locations, home/away, and final scores in one spot — no more "wait, where's the game again?" texts.

Team messages that don't get buried

Post a headcount poll ("Can you make Wednesday's game?"), share a photo, and see who's reacted — all in one thread.

A portal that's actually theirs

Players sign in with their jersey number, doubled — no accounts to manage — and see the lineup the second you publish it.

Made for your team, specifically

Fully yours. Fully customizable.

Every Homestand is built around one team — your name, your colors, your logo, your roster. Not a generic dashboard with your logo pasted on top. Coaches tell us what their season actually looks like, and the console gets shaped around that.

  • Your team's name, colors, and logo built into every screen
  • Build a batting order and print a branded lineup card in minutes — right from your phone or laptop
  • No design software, no templates to fight with — it's ready to print the moment you publish it

Not a slideshow

Click around a real, working team.

This is Homestand itself, pre-loaded with a sample roster, a published lineup, a live poll, and a couple of practices — not screenshots. Everything you click actually works.

  • Open a player's card and check their stats
  • Build a lineup, then print or share the card
  • Vote on the "Can you make Wednesday's game?" poll
  • Start a new practice plan from the drill library

What you're actually paying for

Not software. Your Sunday nights back.

$150 is less than most teams spend on gear bags. What it replaces is the part of coaching nobody signed up for.

The old way
  • Retyping the lineup card by hand before every single game
  • "Did everyone see the practice time change?" texted four times
  • A parent asking for the schedule you already sent three times
  • Stats living in a notes app only you can see
  • Printing lineup cards at home the morning of a game
With Homestand
  • Build the lineup once — it's on every phone the second you save it
  • Post the change once, as a message everyone can see (and see who saw it)
  • One link you send once, not a schedule you resend all season
  • Every player's stats live on their own card, always current
  • A clean, branded card that prints — or doesn't need to

Why Homestand exists

Built on a real bench, not a whiteboard

Homestand started as one coach's answer to a season of lost group texts, hand-written lineup cards, and a notes app full of stats nobody else could see. It grew into this because other coaches asked for the same thing.

Questions

Before you ask

Is my team's data private?

Yes — every team gets its own private project behind the scenes. Nobody outside your team can see your roster, messages, or lineups, including other teams using Homestand.

Do players need to download an app?

No. It runs in any phone browser and can be added to a home screen like an app, but there's nothing to install from an app store.

How do players log in?

With a simple code — their jersey number, doubled (number 7 becomes 77). No email, no password, no account for parents to help manage.

How long does setup take?

Most teams are live the same day — add your roster, pick your colors and logo, and share the link with your team.

Is it really customized for my team, or just my logo on a template?

Your name, colors, and logo are built into every screen — not just a logo swapped into a shared template. If your team's setup needs something specific, that's part of the conversation when we build it.

What if I don't want to renew next season?

No penalty, and no auto-billing to cancel — the seasonal renewal is something you opt into each time a new season starts, not a subscription running in the background.

Where this is headed

Grow with us

Homestand is actively growing. More features and more integrations are on the way — all aimed at the same goal: less time on admin, more time on coaching.

New features, shaped by real coaches

What gets built next comes from what teams actually ask for during a season — not a roadmap decided in a vacuum.

More integrations on the way

Connecting with the scheduling, stats, and communication tools teams already use — so nothing lives in five different places.

Less admin, more coaching

Every feature added has to answer one question: does this give a coach back time they'd rather spend on the field.
